Membership of the Ballina & District Historical Society is open to anyone who would like to preserve our local history and heritage. We are most grateful for your support. 

 

Membership fees are vital for the society to function. They support for example:

• insurance for volunteers and public liability (required to undertake fundraising)

• administrative costs such as printing and website hosting

• electricity

• internet

• maintenance of the Ballina District Museum

• ​

There is an initial joining fee of $10 PLUS a yearly membership fee of $20 per person

• Membership is for the financial year July to June. Membership is due on or before 1st July.

• Membership fees must be paid in order to vote at the July AGM.

• If NEW membership is taken out after 1st January then the fee will be a $10 joining fee PLUS $10 for the 6 months Jan 1st- June 30th
